Khaleque Family Scholarship

The Alam Khaleque Family Bangladesh Scholarship was established for undergraduate and graduate students. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, have a minimum cumulative 3.3 GPA, and have at least two semesters remaining prior to graduation. Among equally qualified applicants, a preference may be given to applicants who have completed all or part their secondary education in Bangladesh. Recipients will be encouraged to volunteer with the UT Dallas Bangladeshi Student Organization. A minimum award of $1,000 per year may be given and cannot be combined with any other forms of financial aid. This scholarship will be awarded on a competitive basis by a committee duly appointed by the provost or president of UT Dallas. 

Will open mid-May. Award is for the subsequent academic year.

2. Include a brief description of your work or family experience and/or connection to Bangladesh.
3. Have a current FAFSA on file in the Office of Financial Aid or completed Financial Statement for UTD Scholarships
