Selden Leavell Endowed Scholarship

Description:

The Selden Leavell Scholarship was established to honor Selden Leavell who was a graduate of The University of Texas Law School. Recipients will be chosen solely on the basis of proven academic achievement and financial need. Scholarship amounts will range from $500 to $2,000 per year.  Recipient must be enrolled at least half-time at UT Dallas at time of award. This scholarship will be awarded on a competitive basis by a committee duly appointed by the president of UT Dallas.

Applicant must:
  1. Submit a one page narrative stating academic and career goals.
  2. Demonstrate financial need by having a current FAFSA or TASFA on file in the Office of Financial Aid or completing a Financial Statement for UTD Scholarships.
