The Bursar’s Office is responsible for the assessment and collection of tuition and fees and departmental deposits for the university.

Fall 2020 Tuition

President Benson announced on June 24, 2020, that there will not be any discount of fees for online courses. 

Payment Deadlines:

  • Thursday, August 13, 2020 – this deadline applies to all students enrolled in the regular and 1st 8 weeks sessions and are not identified as a financial aid or scholarship recipient. 
  • Thursday, August 27, 2020 – this deadline applies to all students identified as a financial aid or scholarship recipient.   This extension of time is only to allow more time for the aid or scholarships to be posted and has no bearing on the refund calendar for dropping/withdrawing from classes.  
  • Thursday, August 27, 2020 – All housing, meal plan and insurance charges are due in full or an installment plan must be in effect.

Please make payment by the applicable deadlines above or setup a payment plan to avoid late fee assessment or possible cancellation of classes. 

1098T Forms

1098T Forms are now available online through the Heartland website.

Students requiring a 1098T form and are unable to obtain the form through Heartland are requested to email the Bursar Office at [email protected]. We will assist you in the process or get the form created.

Tuition Statements are available through the Galaxy portal.
