Please complete and attach the Contract / Agreement Approval Transmission (CAT) form with your contract and submit them to [email protected].

Revenue generating contracts and / or business plans in need of review by Accounting and Financial Reporting should be submitted to [email protected].

Contracts that involve academic services must be reviewed and approved by the University Provost prior to review and execution. Please submit these contracts to [email protected]

Contracts that involve research or sponsored projects should be directed to [email protected] or [email protected], respectively.
