Summer Guest Housing
Summer housing options are available for individuals attending universities, who will be working in a summer internship program in the Dallas area between the dates of May 25 and Aug. 4.

Summer guest housing is available from May 25 to August 4, 2019.
University Commons
Private bedroom in a three-bedroom suite.
- 30 days or less: $33/day per person
- 31+ days: $2,250 total per person
- One microwave and refrigerator combo included per suite.
Canyon Creek Heights
Shared bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment with kitchen.
- 30 days or less: $33/day per person
- 31+ days: $2,250 total per person
Private bedroom in a four-bedroom apartment with kitchen.
- 30 days or less: $38/day per person
- 31+ days: $2,750 total per person
Private bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment with kitchen.
- 30 days or less: $43/day per person
- 31+ days: $3,100 total per person
Private one-bedroom apartment with kitchen.
- 30 days or less: $48/day per person
- 31+ days: $3,500 total per person
- A $300 prepayment is required with a signed agreement of stays that are less than 30 days.
- The signed agreement will officially reserve your summer space.
- Linens are not included. Please familiarize yourself with what to bring.
