January 31, 2017: Deadline to Request Secondary Review of FLSA Classification

January 31, 2017 is the deadline to request a secondary review of the FLSA [Fair Labor Standards Act] classification that became effective December 1, 2016. To request a review, please submit a new Employee-Manager Questionnaire (PDF [Portable Document Format File] ) providing detailed information regarding the employee’s primary duties. Secondary reviews will begin on February 1.
