Personnel Policies and Procedures Compliance Report

Sections 21.451 through 21.454 of the Texas Labor Code require UTD to develop and implement personnel policies and procedures that comply with those sections of the code. On a six-year cycle, our personnel policies and procedures are reviewed by the Civil Rights Division of the Texas Workforce Commission and the results of that review are reported to the commission, the governor, the legislature and the Legislative Budget Board.
