Spring Break Coding Camps

Monday-Friday, March 12-16, 2018

Flyer: utdallas.box.com/v/spring

Wow, it has happened! After several years of mismatch between Spring break schedules for UT Dallas and several ISDs, it is matching in 2018!! We will be offering several week-long Coding & Engineering camps during the break (Monday-Friday, March 12-16, 2018) at UT Dallas campus & Best in Class Frisco McKinney (1800 S Independence Pkwy, Ste 130 McKinney, TX 75070). Morning session will run 9am to 12noon and afternoon session will run 1-4pm on each day. Students can be dropped as early as 8:30am and picked up as late as 5pm. Earlier drop-off or late pickups can be arranged with additional fee.

Registration link: bit.ly/sb-utd

Camp registration fee is $100 for half-day camps & $200 for full day camps. Registration fee will go up by $25 after advance registration closes on March 1st. Unless otherwise specified, Windows laptop is required for each coding camp. If you cannot bring a laptop, a loaner laptop should be reserved by paying $10 during the registration. Sorry, laptop reservations cannot be done later separately.

Cancellation policy: We understand that your schedule may change due to various reasons. So, we have very reasonable cancellation policy: $10 processing fee for each  cancellation. Prorated amount minus $10 fee will be refunded for cancellations received during the camp dates. Laptop reservation fee will be refunded ONLY if the whole registration is cancelled – it cannot be refunded separately.

Codes: W – Whole days, M – Mornings and A – Afternoons. You can select a Morning camp & an Afternoon camp to make your own Level 1 Whole day camp. Sorry, there is no Whole day option available for Level 0 campers.

Lunch & snacks will be provided to the campers, as long as they do not have any food allergies. UTD administration prohibits us from serving any lunch/snack items to the kids with any type of food allergies. Please inform your children so that they won’t be disappointed – send the snacks & lunch as well.

We recommend you to start the children at the appropriate level based on the grade level, then let them progress in their own pace & enjoy the learning experience! Please do not rush them through the levels.
