National Preservation Week is April 23-27
Kick off Preservation Week with a free tote bag filled with information about Special Collections. Pick yours up starting at 2pm on Monday, April 23 at the Information Desk while supplies last.
On Tuesday, April 24 between 2 pm and 3 pm, talk to the Special Collections staff in the Library Lobby about how we handle preservation in the Library and what you can do to preserve your own documents at home. You might even get a cookie!
Rounding out Preservation Week on Thursday, April 26, Conservator Jesse Hunt will present in the Library Instruction Room (2.524) at 2pm on the importance of conservation and different techniques used when working with fragile materials.
