When is Enough, Enough?: A Conversation About Racism in America
Thursday, June 11 | Noon – 1:30 p.m. | Online via Microsoft Teams
Join us for a forum to discuss the racial violence in America facilitated by student leaders, faculty and staff. The forum will center around topics such as racial injustice in the United States, a dialogue surrounding student voices and their lived experiences and discuss measures students can take to affect meaningful change. We will discuss in the context of some of the most recent killings of Tony McDade, Breonna Taylor, George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery.
As ambassadors for justice and human rights advocates, it is imperative that we not only have a conversation, but discuss ways to actively get involved and make a difference. We invite our UT Dallas community to bring your pain, frustration, concerns and solutions to this conversation. Your voice matters.
