The President’s Office invites faculty, staff, students, retirees and the public to the 2010 State of The University Address on Wednesday, Nov. 3.

UT Dallas President David E. Daniel will discuss the University’s current outlook and plans for the future. The speech is scheduled for 1 p.m. in the Conference Center Auditorium.

Also speaking will be Dr. Murray J. Leaf, speaker of the Faculty Senate; Darlene Coppage, vice president of the Staff Council; and Grace Bielawski, president of Student Government. Remarks will be followed by an opportunity to ask questions.

The text of the speech and slides will be posted on the President’s website afterward.

Following the State of The University Address, members of the Academic Council are invited to proceed to their regularly scheduled meeting in the Osborne Conference Room in ECSS 3.503. 

Staff Council will hold its regular meeting from 9 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10, in the Conference Center Auditorium. Any UT Dallas staff member may attend the meeting.
