The University of Texas at Dallas will delay its official opening on Tuesday, February 11, 2014, until 10 a.m. Classes and events scheduled before that hour are cancelled. Use good judgment: Employees and students are not expected to place travel for work or class attendance above considerations for individual health and safety.
