The Natural Science and Engineering Research Laboratory (NSERL) stands without peer on the UT Dallas campus. The four-story, 192,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility cost $85 million to build and will be used, in part, to help draw scientists from across the world and from all disciplines to the labs. About one-third of the research laboratory's space is being reserved for that purpose.
The Natural Science and Engineering Research Laboratory features several conference rooms, this one being the largest. It can accommodate up to 75 people, has shelving for journals and science reviews, white boards for working out formulas and a wall-size screen to project images or media presentations.
