A good letter of recommendation reveals important qualities that lie beneath the surface of a transcript or a resume. This presentation will discuss how to cultivate positive relationships with potential recommenders, how to choose your recommenders strategically, how to ask a mentor to write a letter for you, and how to manage your letters using a dossier service such as Interfolio.
