The UT Dallas Help Desk is your go-to resource for campus technology questions. We assist students, staff, and faculty with a wide variety of issues including:
Some issues go beyond the scope of our office. These are passed on to the department technicians via Atlas Tickets. You can use the ticket number you're given to track its progress on the Atlas Self-Service portal.
Help Desk support can take requests via phone, email and online chat. You may also stop by one of our Walk Up Help Desk Support locations for in-person assistance.
