PEA Change Request

If you would like to have your PEA changed or removed, you will need to submit an Atlas self-service ticket at To submit an Atlas Self-service ticket:

  • Go to and log in using the link in the top right corner
  • Click the Service Catalog button
  • Under Account & ID Management and Identity Management (NetID), click Change PEA Address
  • Enter your preferred PEA as well as two alternative PEAs in case your primary choice is unavailable
    • If you would like to have your PEA removed, please enter [email protected] in each box available.
  • Click Submit Order
Note: PEAs are not case sensitive and periods are not taken into account. Periods are optional additions and emails can be sent to addresses with or without them.
