Out of office replies are a useful way to let people who try to email you that you’re out of town and when to expect you back.

Outlook Web Access (Webmail)

Step 1

  • Go to webmail.utdallas.edu.
  • Log in with your NetID and Password.
  • Click on the Options menu in the top right corner of the page.
  • Click on Set Automatic Replies….

Step 2

  • Click the radio button for Send automatic replies.
  • Set the Start time and End time.
  • Click Save
