OIT hosted the Cherwell Texas User Group Meeting on Thursday, January 5th. It was a customer-driven meeting that provided an exceptional opportunity to connect with other Cherwell customers in the Texas and Oklahoma area. Participants shared how they are using Cherwell Service Management, asked other customers and Cherwell technical experts for advice on current challenges, and shared their thoughts with Cherwell product management to provide input on product and service direction.
