All video conferencing needs can be meet with either WebEx or Videxio. Skype for Business is supported on UT Dallas owned equipment.

|Audio conference can be joined by phone||WebEx offers a toll-free audio bridge line option. Students must use VoIP for a WebEx audio bridge line and it is limited to 8 participants|
|Can record and edit meetings for archiving or distribution||Please call the OIT Help Desk at least 24 hours in advance, if you need to record a scheduled Videxio meeting.|
