Faculty and Staff

Prior to registering a PACE for Minors with the Programs for Minors office, the event must be approved by the sponsoring/co-sponsoring departments dean, department head or director.

All PACE for Minors programs must be in compliance with the Programs for Minors policy and supplemental guidelines.

Programs for Minors director will work with directors/coordinators for PACE for Minors to ensure adequate plans are in place. After the final plans have been submitted by the PACE for Minors director/coordinator, Programs for Minors will make a recommendation to the approving dean/department head/director to either continue with the PACE for Minors as documented or to request PACE for Minors director/coordinator make enhancements to ensure the safety of participants.

PACE Registration (xlsx) * Must be submitted to Programs for Minors at least 30 days prior to the start of the event.
Operational Plan (xlsx) * Submitted to Programs for Minors 30 days prior to the event.
