Graduate Scholarships at the Jindal School

The Professional MS P-SEM Program awards a few merit-based scholarships to Professional MS P-SEM students each year in the Spring semester. These are available to all Professional MS P-SEM students, including international students.

Scholarship requirements may include, but are not limited to: type, quality and duration of work experience; academic performance; residency; leadership; and community service.

In order to be considered for scholarships, all new students are required to submit the Professional MS P-SEM program scholarship application, along with their application to the Professional MS P-SEM Program.

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS

The scholarship award amount will depend on performance in the Professional MS P-SEM Program.

Students are required to read the requirements below very carefully before applying for any Professional MS P-SEM scholarship. Scholarship applications must be fully complete in order to be considered.

The Professional MS P-SEM Program does not require a GMAT or GRE for the purpose of admission, however; (a) providing official copies of these scores, along with (b) evidence of quality and duration of work experience, and (c) any other relevant activities, such as, leadership or community service, will strengthen the scholarship application.

  • Students will not be considered automatically for scholarship awards.
  • Students must apply online to be considered by the scholarship committee.
  • A maximum of 3 scholarships will be awarded in each academic year.
  • Scholarships will be awarded until all available funds have been exhausted.
  • Scholarships are non-renewable and cannot be combined or stacked with other scholarships. Scholarship offers will be sent to students from the Professional MS P-SEM Program Office via email.

PROFESSIONAL MS P-SEM PROGRAM SCHOLARSHIP GUIDELINES

The Professional MS P-SEM Scholarship Program is a relatively new program that was launched in Fall 2016

Only Professional MS P-SEM degree seeking candidates are eligible.

New Entrants

  • All new entrants into the Professional MS P-SEM program are eligible to apply only once during their first 18 credit-hours.
  • Scholarship awards will be made only in the subsequent Spring semester.
  • Students must be registered for 2 – 3 courses total in the spring and subsequent fall semesters.
  • The amount of each scholarship will be a multiple of $1,000, not to exceed $3,000.

Continuing Students

[AFTER COMPLETING 18 CREDIT HOURS IN THE PROFESSIONAL SEM PROGRAM]
  • All students enrolled in the Professional MS P-SEM Program are eligible after completing 18 credit-hours.
  • Scholarship awards will be made only in the subsequent Spring semester.
  • Students must be registered for 2 – 3 courses total in the spring and subsequent fall semesters.
  • The amount of each scholarship will be a multiple of $1,000, not to exceed $3,000.
