University Career Center

The University Career Center offers a variety of services for students at all stages of their job search process. Services include career counselors, mock interview training and resume review. The center hosts workshops and job expos, has an online job search database and helps students find internships.

Fraternity and Sorority Life

UT Dallas Fraternity and Sorority Life is home to 25 national Greek fraternities and sororities. These organizations provide more than 1,000 UT Dallas students with opportunities for friendship, guidance and leadership that last well beyond their college experience.

The Student Transition Programs office plans and arranges Freshman Orientations, Comet Camp and the Road Warriors program. Through Student Transition Programs, students receive peer support and guidance to help them get a strong start at UT Dallas.

UT Dallas takes an active role in creating a sense of community and providing a network of support for on-campus residents. The Office of Residential Life and its student support team of Peer Advisors are committed to seeing that every resident has a comfortable and welcoming environment in which to live and learn.

Student Government serves as the official student voice to UT Dallas administration, the UT System Board of Regents, and other governmental entities. Student Government seeks to enhance spirit, protect University traditions and support all students and student organizations in their academic and community-directed endeavors.

There are about 350 student organizations at UT Dallas, ranging from academic interest, to cultural, to recreation, to service, to special interest, to Greek and more. All registered student groups are managed through the Student Organization Center, which provides an outlet to help the groups connect and engage with the campus community at large.
