Get happy and feel uplifted when you learn fun cardio choreography set to music that combines West African styles with American funk.

Bootcamp

Challenge yourself with this workout which mixes traditional calisthenic and bodyweight exercises with interval training and strength training.

Hiit Strong

Strength training coupled with high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This fantastic combination is designed to build muscle and strength.

Maximize your results in less time with three classes in one! Experience a short, effective workout with Variable‐Intensity‐Interval‐Training (VIIT) This research based program features Mind⁄Body, Agility & Strength, and High‐Intensity Interval exercises for three fitness levels for a fun and challenging workout!

One Weight Total Body Toning

Get TONED! Learn how to tone your muscles with various exercises you can do anywhere using only a single weight or object.

Pilates Strong & Long

This Pilates mat class mixes it up to build both strength and flexibility.

Pilates-Yoga Fusion

In this class, we will use Pilates exercises to strengthen the core and add some variety by exploring yoga asanas.

Yoga Sculpt
