The driving force of PantanoLABO is the development of elegant analytical techniques and methodologies to understand complex chemical systems. 

 

In association with the UT-Dallas Bionanosciences Group, our Established Areas of Expertise have included:

 

·         The Chemical and Physical Characterization of Nanomaterials

·         The Reproducible Preparation of Purified Nanomaterial Samples

·         Detecting and Minimizing Work-Place Exposure to Nanomaterials

·         Label-Free Measurements of Nanomaterials in Cells and Tissue

·         Elucidating the Intracellular Response & Fate of Nanomaterials

·         Improving the Accuracy of Nanomaterial Toxicity Assessments

 

Current Research involves studying the effects of shear forces upon the structural stabilities of polymers and polymeric components of lipid nanoparticle formulations used to deliver drugs.
