    • (4/23) The Final Exam will be held in the week of 05/04 in class as scheduled.
    • (4/23) Final exam format: 15 problems related to what you have learned and done in the semester will be available. Out of which, a problem will be randomly assigned to a you (no identical problem will be assigned to two students in one section). The exam time is two hours. You are asked to turn in your measurement results and a short report to the supervising TA(s) immediately after the exam. Please take the exam in your own lab section. You can only take the exam once.
    • (4/9) The web link to the model of 2N7000 MOSFET in the introduction of Lab 6 handout is no longer valid. The 2N7000 model can be found in one of the default library "FAIRCHILD" in PSPICE.
    • (3/9) For section 102, Lab 2 was held on 3/4, Wed. To be synced with the rest of the sections, there will be no lab on 3/11, Wed. Lab 3 will be conducted on 3/25. All other labs will be delayed accordingly thereafter.
    • (3/9) Campus was closed on 3/5, Thrs. This affected three sections of the lab, 101, 103, and 104. Lab 2 will be conducted on 3/12, Thrs. and all labs afterwards will be delayed by one week accordingly.
    • (3/3) TA office hours and location updated.
    • (2/2) The Lab 1 manual is posted.
    • (2/2) The Lab 2-4 manuals are posted.
    • (1/7) The first lab will meet on Feb. 18 (Section 102) and Feb. 19 (Sections 101, 103, and 104). No meetings in between now and Feb. 18. The delayed start will help to make sure that all necessary lecture components are covered before you come to the lab sessions.

    • (1/7) Lab manuals will be posted on the course web each week before the designated lab.
